Statement collection is a new service to collect the statements for:
Credit Cards (Visa & Master Card & Smart Card) Pharma Card e-Pharma Card
	Statement collection is for all cities in Egypt
	Caller before 3pm account will be settled after 48 Hours
	Caller After 3pm account will be settled after 72 Hours
	Fees will be 10 EGP (per receipt)
	We don't set any appointment in same day of the received call
	For Statement Collection for cities out side Cairo and Alex the account will be debited after 48 hrs example: for Saturday appointment account will be debited Monday
	We can set appointment for clients living out side Cairo but the agent must inform the client that the collector will call him to settle the timing of the collection.
	We Don't set appointment on the week end (Friday ) and we also don't set appointment on official Holidays.
	For Amounts larger than 50K then we settled 2 appointments.
	For callers want to pay in USD then you have to ask if the credit card granted with USD deposits or not unless client can't pay with USD for Egyptian accounts.
	Appointment Time Frame 2 hrs.
	The ceiling amount collected per day is 50,000 EGP.
	For Amounts larger than 50K then we settled 2 appointments.
	The agent must inform the client that the receipt provided by the company (IPG) does not have the Bank logo.
	The following data will be included in the receipt:
The client’ name The last 4 digits in the card number

Please check first during the call if client will pay after 25th check if :

1. Will pay the minimum amount - will pay interest in all cases (paying before and after 25th)
2. Will pay Total Amount before 25th - NO Interest
3. Will pay Total Amount After 25th - will pay interest

Data to Capture:

1. Client Full Name
2. Work#
3. Home#
4. Mobile #
5. Card No.
6. Check that the caller is the card holder
7. Type of Card( Basic-Supp) & (Credit Crad –Pharma - e-Pharma)
8. Amount to be paid: (you have to check if amount with fees or without fees)
9. Date & time Of Collection
10. Collect from whom.
